Welcome to the LAUX Israel website (hereinafter: "the Site").
Use of the Site, making a purchase, and browsing it are subject to the terms set out in these Terms.

2. Placing orders
2.1 Purchasing products on the Site is permitted to anyone over 18 holding a valid means of payment.
2.2 Completing an order is subject to approval by the credit card company and/or the payment processor.
2.3 The Company may cancel an order in case of:
- Price error
- Stock error
- Unlawful use of the Site
- Suspected fraud
- Technical failure
2.4 An order confirmation will be sent by email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp.

3. Prices and payments
3.1 All prices on the Site are shown in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 The Company may update prices without prior notice.

3.4 The Company may offer promotions, coupons, and discounts at its discretion.

4. Supply and shipping
4.1 The Company will act to supply the products in accordance with the delivery times displayed on the Site.
4.2 Delivery times are estimates and may change due to:

4.3 The Company is not responsible for delays outside its control.

5. Cancellation and returns
5.1 Cancellation of a transaction is governed by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.
5.2 A transaction can be cancelled within 14 days from receipt of the product or from receipt of the transaction details — whichever is later.
5.3 Returning a product will be permitted on the condition that the product is:
- New
- Unused
- Returned in its original packaging
- Without damage
5.4 The Company may charge a cancellation fee as permitted by law.
5.5 Custom-made products or products that have been used cannot be returned.

6. Warranty
6.1 Product warranty is provided in accordance with the warranty terms of the importer and/or manufacturer.
6.2 The warranty does not cover:
- Reasonable wear
- Improper use
- Accidents
- Water damage
- Repairs performed by an unauthorised party
6.3 The Company may inspect any product before approving a warranty claim.
